PLAN REVIEW
Under florida statutes 553.791, we will review the plans submitted on behalf of the building department to determine compliance with the applicable codes, except to the extent specified in said law. The plan review will be performed by licensed or certified personnel identified in the application required by the municipal building department. A copy of the application will be submitted to the owner and contractor (the client). The plan review disciplines are as follows: building, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing. INSPECTION
Our office shall record such inspection on a form acceptable to the local building official and provide the client with a copy in real-time via web application access, our inspectors, before leaving the project site, shall post each completed inspection record indicating pass or fail at the site and provide the record to the local building official in a timely manner as required by the local municipality.
