Our Story
VVS was founded by Josse Vargas and Denis Solano with the primary objective of providing inspection and plan review services to municipal building departments and private clients under Florida Statutes 553.791.
Our Team
- Josse Vargas-Valera: President. Josse is a Certified General and Roofing Contractor, as well as a Certified Building Official, Floodplain Manager, Plans Examiner, and Building and Roofing Inspector in the state of Florida. With over 26 years of experience, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every project.
- Denis K. Solano: Vice President. Denis is a Professional Engineer and Threshold Inspector with over 27 years of experience working in South Florida and the Caribbean. His deep understanding of engineering and inspections ensures projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Karen Pflucker: Accounting Manager. With an accounting degree from Miami Dade College, she efficiently manages the company's financial operations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maryalex Mustiola: Inspection & Plan Review Supervisor.
- Technical Staff: We have a vast team of experienced, Florida-licensed plan reviewers and inspectors who ensure high-quality service in every project.
